Why? because when he starts.. and he has a vision or a goal… no one has a stake in what he is doing…but when he succeeds every body has a stake in him and his goal….so in fact he is a stakemaker…

I just saw “the secret” and it raises the question of how much are you yourself in control versus “god” ? Clearly I have no answer to this… but the question is very valid.

I am doing this right now and that’s why I am sharing my insides with you…. as I am movng from a beginner to a professional:

here we go: communication is like a dance….of two orchestras playing together..
and of course.. never loose your temper…focus on your message…
..use questions to reiterate your message

and if you talk to someone… the person stays a subject as long as there is no personal connection…

so please give me examples of great communications….!!

yes, we admire people that follow their venture through no matter what comes their way…
yes, we admire people that succeed…
but at the end of the day it is a matter of who wants to succeed more…
women often are not as committed to achieve their goals and thus even in games don’t compete as hard as it is lore logic and natural to take an easier way…
and you can do it..
but
only to come back and try even harder

and I believe that synthesis is just a dream

and how challenging is the moment of perfect balance.. in which there is nothing to wish for..
Is not our life made of wishes? Hopes?.. and all the things that we don’t have?

It is so much easier to ask for something or to wish something…if the wish comes true.. the challenges starts…no more backseat shouting at the driver… doing it, driving the car.. is different than talking about it… I guess only a few really undertake the driver seat change…

** you can only drive change as far as people follow you…
the moment you loose them or they don’t want to come ..any effort is in vain… it is hart to accept…
* to spend time on your supply of support rather than on the topic itself… that’s why VIPs have managers….the challenge is to become most effective in bringing people along..
* when you have the vision, but not everybody sees what you see…nobody will believe in you…
** thus you have to believe in yourself.. otherwise no one else will..
and since change must happen from within, it takes an extra strong believe as no like minded are around…

** when driving change you must save people’s face..otherwise it is not sustainable.

* power is never given to you… to drive change… you have to take it…
** BUT if you have power you have the obligation to change the world

* YES, you risk a lot….maybe everything, but it is better to take the risk and to try rather than not having tried it at all and looking at yourself with a questionmark in mind…

** find other change leaders and exchange and get mental and emotional and tactical support

* change, change and change again..be like water…it goes down anywhere…and it takes small stones with you…

here is my recipe:
1) be aware of your strength.. and that every strength is also your weakness . plan around this and build your projects, activities and career on your strength and cater for the weakness that comes with it
2) only measure yourself against your inner criteria/ mission.. don’t make yourself dependent on other people’s judgments – (you cannot win this battle)
3) do what YOU really want to do and not what your mind or your body drives you to do – develop a discipline or inner resilience

you have to feel free in everything you do otherwise you will get sick…. so change yourself from within and success will come by itself..and you stay healthy!

your health is worth more than all the money in the world..
